Just wanted to check in and let everyone know why I haven’t been posting lately.  I took my oldest daughter on a missions trip to Botswana, Africa!!  We’ve been here three weeks and are heading home in a few days.  I’ve got some great cookbooks at home that arrived while I was gone, so I can’t wait to start cooking and reviewing them for you!!
